Welcome to Stoneybatter Health Studio.
The first thing you will notice stepping into the studio is how quiet it is!
This is the inner sanctum where you will receive unrivalled personal training and attention in a quiet calm relaxing space.
Following an informal discussion about your goals, I will find out what makes you tick, your likes, dislikes and general personality and then format a plan to achieve your goals. The fitness plan will be carried out in a calm no rush manner where you will be trained and supervised every step of the way.
I have a 100% success rate so you’re in safe hands.
If you have aches and pains and a sports massage is what you require, I will also facilitate this for you.
It is your goals that I’m interested in, not my goals or someone else’s.
Achieving your personal goals is my aim.
As a mature Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience in performing sports massage and personal training, Damian has a clear insight in to how the human body works.
As an over 50 himself, he can empathise with older clients who are getting back into fitness, having trouble reaching their goals or are requiring massage to alleviate pain.
Having spent time in the military, Damian has vast experience of how the human body and mind work in unison.
Here at our Health Studio in the heart of Stoneybatter, you will find our gym and treatment room which encompasses the equipment and space for all your exercise needs. Sports Massage Therapy and Personal Training will be carried on a one to one basis so this facility has a unique professional ambience where you will feel cared for at all times.
Here at Stoneybatter Health Studio our mission is for you to quickly reach your personal goals in a safe, manageable manner.
This consists of one-to-one personal training and regular sports massage.
We don’t just give you a set of exercises and send you on your way, we are there every step of the way!
Due to increased risk of injury as we age, we believe wholeheartedly that personal training combined with sports massage can alleviate any such concerns.
As we age, there are many reasons why we may slow down and adopt a more sedentary lifestyle. This may be due to a health condition, weight or pain issues or anxiety about falling.
Physical activity for adults and older adults reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease by 35%. Heart attacks and strokes are medical conditions, that if survived, often result in life-altering consequences. Exercise can, therefore, be a huge preventative intervention.
